• Anyone whose main residence is in Gozo and who travels to Malta to practice a sport as an individual and is not part of a club that is based in Malta.

• Anyone whose main residence is in Gozo and is part of a Gozo based spots club and attends for competitions/events held in Malta.

• Anyone whose main residence is in Gozo and takes part in competition and/or attends any other sporting event in Malta as an individual.
