Personal details
ID card Number
IBAN number
Formal Name of the Institution you will be attending
Formal name of the faculty, if you are attending the University of Malta
Formal name of the Institute, if you are attending MCAST
The full title of the course you are following
The year of the course (if your course is spread over more than one year)
The Name, Position in the Institution and e-mail address of the person who will verify your application.
